Warranty Claims Process:
All non-emergency warranty claims must be submitted in writing by email (email@example.com), using the form below, in your BuilderTrend account or by mail (3100 North 14th St Bismarck, ND 58503). All warranty items submitted will be documented once received and reviewed by our Warranty Administrator. Our Warranty Administrator will then contact you to address your items. An action plan will be put in place to coordinate between our Warranty Manager, subcontractors and vendors as to what is needed and when approved work will be completed. Verity Homes offers an 11-month complimentary touch up on things like caulking, door adjustments and minor drywall concerns associated with the natural setting of your home (excluding accidental damage). Please submit a request with items you would like “touched up” at about the 11-month mark after closing on your new home. We will also send a reminder prior to your one year closing anniversary.
Complimentary Touch-Up Visit
During the first year of homeownership in your new home, you may notice or find small imperfections from construction that were missed during the New Home Presentation, as well as minor concerns associated with the natural settling every home experiences within its first year. Don’t worry — Verity Homes promises to deliver Peace of Mind, and we stand by our word and our work.
We encourage you to take advantage of our complimentary 11-month touch up visit simply by keeping a list of concerns and contacting us on or before your 11th month of home ownership. Our Customer Care Coordinator will review your list and work with you to schedule your free 11-month visit.
Typical items to be addressed include: drywall touch-ups and repair; missed paint touch-ups; door adjustments for interior, exterior and cabinet doors; cracks in drywall. Our complimentary touch-up visit does not include repair of drywall due to damage done while living in your home, but we are happy to refer you to someone that can take care of needed repairs.
This complimentary visit can be used at any time within the first year of living in your home, but it is a one-time courtesy visit only. Thus, we strongly encourage you to simply keep a running list and wait to call us in until near the end of your first year to make the most of it! Finally, as this is a free service Verity Homes provides to our homeowners as an added courtesy, it is your responsibility to reach out to our Customer Care Coordinator to schedule this complimentary service.
