How do we keep our promises?
A promise made is nothing but an empty promise… until it turns into a promise kept. At Verity Homes, we make these three promises to you to build peace of mind. And to make sure we keep our promises, we’re putting some skin in the game. At the end of the building process, when the final paperwork is being signed and we’re turning over the keys to your new home, we will ask you to hold us accountable with the following three questions. You will be the judge of whether or not we kept our promises… and if we haven’t , your first month’s mortgage payment is on us. That’s peace of mind.
-Was your building experience with Verity Homes unexpectedly stress-free?
-Was Verity Homes always open and honest with you during the building process?
-Did we stay within budget? Did we hit our closing date?
