Sara Kenney came to Verity Homes AND our sister company, Kreativ Homes, looking for the best option in a new home. She wasn’t sure which route was going to meet her needs, as she was looking for a larger home with some acreage for her animals (including horses). After speaking first with our Online Sales Associate, Ben, Sara met with both Verity and Kreativ before choosing a grand 2-story Ash floor plan by Verity Homes. Next step was finding the right piece of land to build on, which took quite a bit of time scoping out and surveying potential options. Ultimately, Sara and her New Home Specialist found a great space in Wheatberry Acres. Follow along as this impressive build continues!

Duane and Karen were just starting to explore their new home options when they came to the Bismarck Home Show and met our New Home Specialist, Shawna Hastings. They were drawn to the idea of a one-level ranch style floor plan with no stairs, but were unsure if their budget was going to allow them to build new. After talking through our Dresden ranch plan with them, Shawna took them through our usual pricing process back at the office and priced out the home of their dreams with every option they would ever want. As often happens, that price came in a bit too high, but with our transparent line-item pricing system, Shawna was easily able to build out a home that would serve all their “needs,” include as many “wants” as possible and came in right within their budget.

After discovering Verity Homes on Zillow, Jonah and Destiney had the pleasure of going through the initial stages of our building process virtually! Thanks to Covid, we’ve become experts at guiding our customers through the process via video conference, so they first met with their New Home Specialist, DeAnn Dingus, on Zoom. They quickly settled on a style of home (two-story with finished basement) that would fit their family of four quite nicely, and they also narrowed down where they’d like to build in Mandan. The Ironwood plan — with included finished basement — gives them 3,200 finished square feet of living space, an owner’s suite on the main floor and large bedrooms up and down. They even added an awesome wet bar to the basement!

The Savages came to us for two great reasons: they had friends who had built with us that recommended Verity Homes after a great experience, and they were also to the point of being done with renting apartments and ready for buying their first home. Working with several members of the Verity Homes team throughout the process, Will and Kat chose our Brisbane. A gorgeous ranch/rambler floor plan with a great mix of included features and additional options, the Brisbane offers nearly 1,400 finished square feet all on one expansive level. Two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large three-stall garage all come as standard features. The Savages also added the optional basement giving them an additional 1,258 square feet with another big rec room perfect for a home theater or game room, two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.
