A keeper of schedules and a master of organization, the Warranty Manager directs the workflow of the Warranty Team, making sure each homeowner knows we’ve got their back when something goes wrong. You’ll prioritize the jobs that need to get done, placing critical safety-related issues at the top of the list. You’ll also communicate schedules and expectations to the homeowner, so they feel taken care of and heard. This is a customer-facing position that plays a big role in maintaining Verity Homes’ reputation.
