Human Resources Director

Human Resources Director – $80,000/year
You are the caretaker for Team Verity. As Human Resource Director, you will manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, and ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations. You’ll develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities, and create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys. And, of course, you’ll ensure Verity Homes’ maintains compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
