Average Pay – $75,000/year
Our Director of Sales is a full-time business leader, full-time strategist and full-time problem solver all rolled into one. The Director knows the year-to-date stats on a moment’s notice; the goals set for the month, quarter and year; and is able to develop both short-term and long-term strategies to hit those KPIs. The Director of Sales is also (one of) our in-house product experts, with a complete understanding of our floor plans, the products and processes we use to build our homes and the benefits/features that win over our buyers. Superior communication and leadership skills are a necessity, as the Director of Sales works hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing to develop strategy and unify their respective teams as they work towards common goals.
