Sales
Sales Assistant
Average Pay – $30,000/year
We’ve got a busy and very dedicated team of New Home Specialists, who are working with many different customers and leads on an ongoing basis.
Your organizational and people skills will help them keep track of conversations and commitments to ensure each customer enjoys the quality experience we promise.

Internet Sales Associate (ISA)
Average Pay – $35,000+/year
The ISA is the first point of contact many of our customers have with Verity Homes, and we all know how important that first impression is. Qualifying new leads and setting face-to-face appointments with a New Home Specialist (NHS) is your primary job, but with that comes the need for a deep understanding of our entire product lineup, current inventory and future plans in order to effectively present the right solution for each customer.

New Home Specialist (NHS)
Average Pay – Salary + Commission = $Unlimited
At Verity Homes, we don’t just build houses… we build Peace of Mind. We promise to deliver a stress-free, open and transparent home building experience that is unlike any other builder, and the New Home Specialist is the primary driver of that customer-focused experience throughout the homebuilding process. This is a commission-based position, so your earning potential is only limited by your ambition.

Sales Manager
Average Pay – $50,000/year
A Sales Manager at Verity Homes is very much like a Player/Coach on a professional sports team. You will maintain your duties as a New Home Specialist, working leads and generating new business, as well as help coach and support the rest of the Sales Team. If you are a natural mentor, this position will fit you well.

VP of Sales
Average Pay – $75,000/year
Our VP of Sales is a full-time business leader, full-time strategist and full-time problem solver all rolled into one. The VP knows the year-to-date stats on a moment’s notice; the goals set for the month, quarter and year; and is able to develop both short-term and long-term strategies to hit those KPIs. The VP of Sales is also (one of) our in-house product experts, with a complete understanding of our floor plans, the products and processes we use to build our homes and the benefits/features that win over our buyers. Superior communication and leadership skills are a necessity, as the VP of Sales works hand-in-hand with the VP of Marketing to develop strategy and unify their respective teams as they work towards common goals.

Director of Sales
Average Pay – $100,000+ year

Marketing Assistant
Average Pay – $35,000/year
We’ve got a small but very dedicated marketing team, who manages all of the marketing activities for not only Verity Homes, but all of our partner businesses and entities. Your organizational and creative skills will help us manage the workload and continue to hit our deadlines.

Digital Marketing Coordinator
Average Pay – $35,000/year
The Digital Marketing Coordinator gets handed some very important keys… you will take control of our social media marketing — specifically the execution and tracking — the lifeblood of our marketing focus. Depending on the skills you bring to the team, you’ll have the opportunity to create and help strategize the best ways to connect with today’s homebuyers.

Graphic Designer
Average Pay – $40,000/year
The Verity Homes brand has grown over the years in large part because of our consistent, recognizable visual identity. The Graphic Designer is the caretaker of our public image and ensures each piece of sales and marketing material produced stays true to that visual identity. We’ll provide the right tools, you bring the creativity and passion for producing top-tier designs.

Marketing Manager
Average Pay – $50,000/year
As Marketing Manager, you’re in the trenches every day with our team of creative thinkers and producers. You’re the master of the content calendar, the keeper of the strategy and leader of all execution. Your job is to make sure the job gets done right, on time and true to the Verity Home brand, ensuring everything the public sees serves to drive new leads, better conversion and, ultimately, bottom-line profit.

VP of Marketing
Average Pay – $75,000/year

Pre-Production
Starts Coordinator
Average Pay – $40,000/year
While it sounds like a singularly focused position, our Starts Coordinator is a vital role for Verity Homes. You will ensure our master schedule is kept up to date, sometimes a delicate balance between the demands of our homebuyers, the realities of the supply chain, and the needs of the builders on the job site. And let’s not forget about the unpredictable ND weather. While you may not control these variables directly, you will communicate openly and directly with our customers, keeping them in the loop as their dream home is being built.

Purchasing/Estimating Assistant
Average Pay – $40,000/year
No business can thrive without reliable projections and job costs. Our Purchasing and Estimating Team makes sure our builders, trade partners, investors, sales team and customers are all working with a budget they can rely on from start to finish. You will source materials, maintain internal pricing software and help bring new product offerings to market. A love for spreadsheets isn’t a must… but it sure helps.

Estimator
Average Pay – $50,000/year
Every home needs a sales price. This is the job of the estimator. The Estimator provides primary oversight of Maintenance and Operations work schedules, backlogs and preventive maintenance work. Additionally, this position is responsible for overseeing the Fee-for-Service process, ensuring it is followed and coordinated appropriately for timely chargeback of completed work.
This position will also develop and update a maintenance task cost library
for estimating.

Drafter
Average Pay – $60,000/year
You’ll draw houses… but not with crayons. In fact, you’ll have access to state-of-the-art Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to deliver dream homes to our customers. Working from our portfolio of floor plans, you will make the customizations and adjustments requested by the homebuyer and produce jobsite-ready plans and all critical building documents for our builders and trade partners to work from when constructing our homes.

VP of Purchasing
Average Pay – $80,000/year
You will be responsible for the entire scope of work being considered for construction, as well as managing the efforts and direction of all Estimators and Purchasing Assistants. You will supervise and ensure all estimates are completed correctly and within allotted timeframes and material estimates and sub-pricing are correct. You successfully network and build strong
relationships with subcontractors and New Home Specialists. You can effectively negotiate pricing. You are able to read and interpret building plans and conduct material takeoffs from plans accurately.

Director of Purchasing
Average Pay – $100,000+ year

Production
Assistant Builder
Average Pay – $35,000/year
A hard-to-come-by opportunity to work and learn on the job under the direct supervision of one of our Builders (aka Project Managers), the Assistant Builder is at the jobsite every day helping get our building projects to the finish line. You’ll bring some technical/mechanical/construction experience to the job in order to help manage company resources, diagnose and resolve problems in the field as they arise and communicate promptly and regularly with trade partners, suppliers and even customers who like to stop by to check on the progress of their homes.

Project Manager
Average Pay – $55,000/year
This hands-on position oversees residential construction projects from start to finish, managing all trades and suppliers and ensures schedules are set and adhered to in order to deliver on the Verity Homes brand promise to deliver homes on time, on budget and with minimal stress. The Personal Builder/Project Manager is expected to manage the overall quality of construction and ensure timely completion in accordance with established budgets, profit margins, Verity Homes processes and standards.

VP of Production
Average Pay – $85,000
You’re an expert (with credentials and experience) in construction management, specifically residential home building, and you’ve got a natural flair for leadership and workforce development. The Director of Production is part builder, part trade relations coordinator, part communicator, part financial controller. You must be able to problem solve on the job site, forecast accurate production schedules for ALL stakeholder, as well as maintain open lines of communication with our homebuyers.

Chief Operations Officer
Average Pay – $100,000+ year

Post-Production
Customer Care Specialist
Average Pay – $35,000/year
As a customer care specialist, you are the ambassador of Verity Homes’ customer service team (which is ALL of Team Verity). You will ensure that our homeowners warranty concerns are scheduled, corrected and resolved in an appropriate amount of time.

Warranty Administrator
Average Pay – $50,000/year
Do you find ultimate satisfaction in solving problems? Do you like going home at the end of the day knowing the job is done and checked off your list? Are you a fixer, a tinkerer or craftsman? If so, you belong on our Warranty Team. The Warranty Administrator is a natural problem solver and creative thinker with deep experience in things like HVAC, Roofing, carpentry… basically, you need to know how a home is built and how to fix issues that inevitably pop up. After our customers move in, you are the hero that comes to visit when something needs fixing.

Warranty Manager
Average Pay – $65,000/year
A keeper of schedules and a master of organization, the Warranty Manager directs the workflow of the Warranty Team, making sure each homeowner knows we’ve got their back when something goes wrong. You’ll prioritize the jobs that need to get done, placing critical safety-related issues at the top of the list. You’ll also communicate schedules and expectations to the homeowner, so they feel taken care of and heard. This is a customer-facing position that plays a big role in maintaining Verity Homes’ reputation

VP of Warranty
Average Pay – $80,000/year
Perfection is the name of the game for the VP of Warranty. You will hire, train and mentor all Perfection is the name of the game for the VP of Warranty. You will hire, train and mentor all warranty/post production personnel to the standards Verity Homes homeowners have come to expect. You will ensure all materials are on hand, and the warranty personnel have the proper tools and training to accomplish our mission of keeping Verity Homes homeowners happy. You will ensure all customer’s warranty concerns are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. You will manage your post-production team to ensure they are hitting all benchmarks and creating peace of mind for all Verity Homes homeowners.

Director of Warranty
Average Pay – $100,000+/year

Finance
Assistant Financial Analyst
Average Pay – $45,000/year
A core piece of our Accounting and Finance Team, the Financial Analyst is by nature a number cruncher and lover of fine details. In fact, those fine details are what we’ll hire you to find and sort out. You will help the Financial Analyst keep our financial records and practices up to date and in compliance.

Financial Analyst
Average Pay – $65,000/year
Working within the Accounting Team, our Financial Analyst is responsible for making sure our bills are paid and all invoices are reconciled. When you have hundreds of components being built into the home, multiple trade partners all working on their piece of the project and a host of suppliers and vendors, keeping everyone paid up is critically important to keeping jobs running
on time and on budget, as well as keeping all those involved happily committed to Verity Homes.

Controller
Average Pay – $85,000/year
Like playing by the rules? The Controller ensures Verity Homes keeps updated, accurate financial records for all of our business entities. You’ll work closely with upper management to identify areas to reduce costs and liabilities, ensuring we comply with all relevant financial regulations. You’ll also play doctor, reviewing financial statements to determine the company’s financial health and take action accordingly. You’ll also make fast friends by overseeing the payroll, ensuring your teammates’ paychecks are always accurate.

Chief Financial Officer
Average Pay – $100,000+/year
The Money Maker. In this role you will be responsible for guiding the company towards a profitable future by using your personal skills to develop deep and lasting relationships with financial partners around the world. You will seek out and secure financing worth tens, possibly hundreds of millions of dollars for the organization so that the ship can continue to sail forward.

Office
Administrative Assistant
Average Pay – $40,000/year
More than just a step in the door, the Administrative Assistant is a critical member of the Verity Homes family that often provides that oh-so-important first impression to our customers. Your main responsibilities will be to support our main office functions, including preparing correspondence, answering phones, monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, and greeting visitors who come in the door. You will learn the essentials of every department, allowing you to grow in your career.

Office Manager
Average Pay – $55,000/year
You’re the ringleader of our multi-ring circus, ensuring everything in the office runs smoothly and according to schedule. As Office Manager, you will naturally and effectively manage the office personnel to ensure all Verity Homes standards are met and maintained every single day. Bring your detail-oriented work ethic to the office, making each of your team members better at their jobs and serving our customers.

Executive Assistant
Average Pay – $65,000/year
Some days you’ll be coordinating our quarterly strategic planning sessions, booking hotels, finding conference rooms and sending out calendar invites to all attendees. Other days you’ll be making sense out of hand written notes that may become Verity Homes’ newest venture. Then there will be days you simply run interference, so the boss can get some uninterrupted focus
time in the office. Ideally, you’ll somehow always be a half-step ahead and prepared for the next curveball.

VP of Human Resources
Average Pay – $80,000 +/year
The VP of Human Resources ensures the success of a company and its HR department by developing and promoting effective employment strategies, as well as directly reporting on them to the Director of HR and the CEO. To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional leadership, management, strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills. In addition to that, you must also have a solid background in HR with extensive experience in a similar senior role… experience you can earn working your way up at Verity Homes.

Director of Human Resources
Average Pay – $100,000+/year
You are the caretaker for Team Verity. As Director of Human Resources, you will manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, and ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations. You’ll develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities, and create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys. And, of course, you’ll ensure Verity Homes’ maintains compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
