Ashley Anderson joined Verity Homes in 2015 as a Sales Assistant, and quickly demonstrated a mastery of organization and attention to detail as she helped New Home Specialists complete paperwork, manage the sales process and ensure clear communication with their customers. Her value to the team was evident from the start, and Ashley soon earned a promotion to Sales & Marketing Manager, overseeing all day-to-day processes, long-term planning and budgeting for the sales and marketing departments. During her time with Verity Homes, Ashley discovered a real passion for both home building and interior design. She took on the responsibilities of picking out selections for both inventory homes, as well as new customer homes, and found not only did she have a passion for it, she had a keen eye and a style that our customers really connected with. Today, Ashley continues to be our lead Selections Coordinator, taking customers through the entire process of picking out all the finishing touches for their customized homes. In 2020, Ashley was again promoted to the position of Marketing Director, formally recognizing the leadership role she had long held within the company. Her favorite part of job is coming up with creative ways to market to our three target demographics (first time home buyer, first time move up and empty nester) and relying on analytics to see results and better our efforts based off those results. Her husband, Rory Anderson, is also on team Verity, and together the two head up the Sales and Marketing teams, overseeing efforts in both Bismarck and Fargo markets.

Rory Anderson has been a core member of the Verity Homes family for more than ten years. He was our top sales producer year after year, and currently serves as the Director of Sales for Verity Homes. As Director, Rory provides each of our customers with a wealth of building knowledge and experience and is also a dedicated mentor to the rest of our sales team. Rory’s 20+ career in sales began with some family inspiration. His father, Tom Anderson, spent more than 25 years of his sales career with the Chrysler Corporation. Rory followed suit and worked in the automotive industry for 10 years, eight of which he spent in the role of Finance Director where he gained valuable experience that he uses today helping Verity Homes’ customers manage their budgets wisely throughout the building process. After a decade or so in the car business, Rory determined the sales model used at the dealerships was too focused on getting the sale and not focused nearly enough on delivering a quality buying experience for his customers. So, when he learned about the customer-centric model being used at Verity Homes, the decision to join the team was easy and he hasn’t looked back since. Rory has held numerous accreditations and certifications in both Sales and Financing, along with being elected and/or appointed to a Director or Board member role with the Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association, the North Dakota Association of Builders and the Fargo-Moorhead Home Builders Association. As our Director of Sales, Rory likes to personally meet each customer and be involved and help however he can in order to ensure a next-level experience for all customers of Verity Homes. Rory works with his wife, Ashley Anderson (Director of Marketing), at Inspirations by Verity in our Fargo headquarters and enjoys what the Fargo-Moorhead community has to offer. In their spare time, Rory and Ashley enjoy watching their son, Trevor, compete in numerous high school sports activities throughout the year.

Tory Haglund joined the Verity Homes team in early 2022 as a Purchasing Coordinator in our production support department. His work — like all of Team Verity — is focused on the customer experience and delivering peace of mind throughout the construction process by delivering accurate project estimates for each new build. Arthur Goldammer is the founder and current CEO of Verity Homes, Inc. (VHI), which launched in 2006. His career in the construction industry, however, began when we founded Goldammer Contracting in 2002, a Bismarck-based firm dedicated to custom home and commercial construction, as well as home remodeling and improvement projects.
He went on to create and lead VHI from a start-up in 2006 — during the start of the housing downturn — to one of the largest home building companies in central North Dakota. Under his direction, the company has since expanded to the eastern side of the state, opening a new custom home design center in Fargo in 2018, which earned national distinction as a “Top 5 Design Studios in the US” by the National Homebuilders Association. Today, Verity Homes offers customers in North Dakota’s two major markets a personal home building experience no other competitor can match.
Arthur’s extensive experience in the construction industry goes back to his childhood, when he could be seen wearing around his first tool belt and swinging a toy hammer. His passion for construction never wavered, and in fact it grew to include delivering personal, customer-focused experiences that competitors now try to duplicate.
Arthur has spent the bulk of his professional career managing, developing and growing his various construction firms and company portfolios. His roles and duties include negotiating land acquisition, land development, product development, staff coaching & training. He attended the University of Mary for four years prior to venturing out into the business arena.
In the few hours he allows himself away from the work desk, Arthur loves to get out and enjoy the great outdoors with his wife, Rachel Goldammer.

Chloe Bentson joined the Verity Homes team early in 2021, taking on the position of Closing Coordinator & Sales Associate. In her new role, she will play an important part in the final steps of the new home construction process, helping customers stay on track with their closing schedule. Born in Fargo, ND, Chloe actually grew up as a farm kid just outside of Mott, ND. She worked in the medical field — in the operating room, to be precise — for the previous seven years before deciding the time was right to make a change. She was drawn to Verity thanks to the company’s commitment to the communities we serve, our customers and our fellow team members. Chloe is also a mom to a little girl and enjoys spending her free time with family and playing pinochle. Her husband is also a Bismarck native, and the two have a not-so-secret love of games. ALL GAMES, as she will tell you. Indoor or outdoor, board games or card games, if they’re not playing they’re sucked into a Netflix binge (mention anything starring Adam Sandler and you’ll be fast friends). Katie came on board with Verity Homes to grow as a person and a professional. She is fascinated by architecture and her passion shows through with every customer interaction. Katie will definitely work overtime to help you realize your dream home.

DeAnn Dingus was no stranger to the Verity Homes team when she came on board early in 2021. She and her husband have been longtime Bismarck residents and friends with several Veritans. So she was a natural fit and took on the role of New Home Specialist, helping customers through the home building process. DeAnn brings a true desire to help others to her customer relationships. As a former daycare owner and operator, that part of the job comes easily to her. But she also has a background in sales and plans to get her real estate license in order to gain a wider audience of home buyers. When she’s not working a deal or making a visit to a job site with her customers, DeAnn loves to spend time at the lake and on the river with her friends and family. His main focus is on educating new visitors to the website or to our Fargo design studio, where he is based. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in English and Mass Communications from Minnesota State University – Moorhead in 2005. Chris Tietz is the General Manager of Kreativ Homes, a new modular/manufactured home division within the greater Verity Homes portfolio. He is a North Dakota native who grew up in Williston, eventually making his way to Bismarck, where he and his wife, Vecta, live with their two sons. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and has a real passion for finding new ways to connect with customers. He has been in sales for more than 20 years, and over the past ten years he has become a leader in the Upper Midwest for his work in the manufactured / modular / system-built homes industry. For her role, Vecta brings decades of experience in the world of banking to Kreativ Homes, and she will help to guide customers through their different financing options. She will also be the design expert when the new clients are choosing their décor. Chris’ main drive is to find affordable, creative solutions that deliver high quality housing for North Dakota and throughout the region. His goal in developing Kreativ Homes was to constantly improve the customer experience from the start of the process all the way through closing and handing over of the keys. After spending more than a decade in the industry, he realized most modular home builders are stuck in the old ways of doing business, even though the industry is perfectly suited to harness advancements in technology to improve efficiency and overall customer service. Chris and the Kreativ Homes team recognize the opportunity to combine the big benefits of system-built homes — affordability, customization, faster construction timelines — with a modern experience that puts the customer in control of the finished product. Chris and Vecta have two sons — Trevin, who works at Bobcat and is always busy chasing around his own young son, Sylas; and Treys, who is a Junior at Mandan High School and enjoys football, basketball, track and leisure jet skiing in the summer.

Shawna Hastings joined the sales team at Verity Homes in 2020, bringing more than 20 years of sales experience to the team! Her background includes furniture and design, manufactured and modular home building, lighting, advertising and marketing and she also holds a real estate license from a previous life in California. To say the obvious: her background makes the entire Verity Homes team stronger and more well-rounded. Like a few other Veritans, Shawna is also very passionate about fitness and living a healthy life. She managed a weight loss company and has enjoyed competing in several bodybuilding competitions. She joined Verity to help bring a similar sense of accomplishment and pride to our home buyers. When she’s not out showing a home or helping write up a contract for a new buyer, Shawna enjoys getting back to the west coast as much as possible. She loves to jog by the ocean and visit old friends. Here in Bismarck — where she has called home for most of her life after being born in Williston — she loves time on the Missouri river, soaking in the hot tub and hanging at home with her German Shepherd, new baby and grandbabies!

It’s not too much of a stretch to say that Delton Kroh is the overall MVP for Verity Homes. Not only does he hold the positions of Warranty Manager, Service Manager and Customer Care Manager (for both Verity Homes and our rental division, Goldstar Properties), he’s the guy that can fix anything… and can teach you how to do it on your own. His experience, construction knowledge, passion and ability to put our customers at ease when concerns arise is the very definition of invaluable. Folks who’ve had the pleasure of working with Delton — be it a fellow Verity teammate or a customer with a warranty claim — will understand exactly why we speak so highly of him. Delton began his career with Verity Homes back in 2001, when our CEO, Arthur Goldammer, first started up Goldammer Contracting… and he’s been with us ever since. In all, he brings more than 37 years of building experience to the team and our customers. He first started framing homes in Washington, where he also earned an IT degree (back when floppy discs were all the rage). He has a keen eye for detail and being mostly self-taught in all areas of construction, he also has a knack for training and teaching others his craft. When the right tool for the job doesn’t exist, Delton machines it himself in his home workshop. When the trade partner may not honor their work, he steps up to fix the problem himself. When a rookie joins the team and has questions, Delton is the guy they go to for help. We could not ask for a better example of Verity Homes’ mission statement — Build Peace of Mind.

Sally Goldammer wears multiple hats at Verity Homes. Part Accounting Manager, part Administrative Assistant and part “front of house” manager who always seems to know the answer when nobody else does, Sally has a way of keeping the day-to-day functions of both Verity Homes offices — Fargo and Bismarck — in check and moving forward. As one of two lead administrators for implementing and maintaining Verity’s various and interrelated software packages, Sally ensures the rest of the team has the tools they need to get their work done on behalf of our customers. As the Executive Assistant to Verity’s CEO — Arthur Goldammer, Sally’s big brother — she helps track, organize and coordinate all accounting activities, prepares critical operations reports and coordinates all on-site and in-house technical assistance requests. Prior to joining Verity Homes, Sally worked at Bismarck Surgical ASsociates as an Administrative Assistant, scheduling and maintaining confidential patient records and ensured those patients were effectively all while demonstrating an innate sense of compassion and care for patients and their families. At Verity, she brings that same level of passion and care to each of our customers.

He is a Fargo native and graduate of West Point, where he earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering before going on to earn a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Missouri Science and Technology. His focus is working with our building and production teams to ensure a smooth experience for all of our customers.
